Product Description
Spring Unit Dual gauge springs constructed from heat-tempered high carbon steel to provide excellent support and flexing capability. Available in full or queen sizes. Now available in deluxe 6" innerspring height.
Insulation
Bonded synthetic insulator pad is positioned to create a comfortable protective buffer between the internal springs and the sleep surface. Non-allergenic, mildew-resistant and odor-free.
Topper Padding
A high-density, non-allergenic foam topper pad is securely fastened over the insulation pad, providing greater comfort, increased support and extended durability. Contoured polyurethane foam edgings are attached to protect the mattress corners.
Construction
All material edges are seamed and serged to prevent seams from slipping. Color-coordinated binding tape encloses the mattress top and bottom. May be automatically lace-tufted to ensure that the mattress will fold properly and to prevent the covering materials from twisting or shifting on the spring unit.
Quilting
High quality urethane foam is multi-needle quilted to the damask ticking on both the upper sleep surface and the side borders.
Bottom
Constructed from heavy duty, stitch-bonded, non-skid filler cloth to help eliminate mattress movement on sleeper deck. Packaging Each mattress is individually wrapped in plastic and sealed to protect against dirt or damage during shipping and handling.

Nice mattress!

Purchased the queen size sleeper sofa replacement mattress, and though it took a little time for the item to ship and arrive, it was definitely worth it. The replacement mattress is far nicer and more comfortable than the original that came with my sleeper sofa. The dimensions are just right, and the mattress even came with a free set of sheets!

This mattress has gotten rave reviews by all of my guests! One of my guests has back problems and said it was the first time she has ever slept without tossing and turning! The only downfall is that it is so thick that the sofa cushions slowly get pushed out from the sofa, so about once a week I have to push them back in, but the sofa is extremely comfortable over the mattress! The bed I recieved was white though, not blue. But I love it! We pull it out and have movie night on it and it works great!!

Years ago my parents picked up a queen-sized sleeper couch from a friend of theirs. Much as my husband and I enjoyed visiting them the *worst* part was using the sleeper sofa and mattress. It was really worn, to the point where my father built a wooden platform to go over the springs and my mother bought one of those "egg carton" foam rubber toppers. Neither of us slept very well on it and it got to the point that we would take the mattress off the bed and sleep on it on the floor (didn't help much). When I came up by myself I usually just slept on the couch. The cushions were far more comfortable than the mattress.I don't know what made me think of it but I had the idea that the mattress could be replaced. I did a great deal of searching and found the best price on Amazon (not a commercial). I decided that I would go with the thickest mattress if only to make up all those terrible sleepless nights. I told my mom about it and she was excited.The ad was a little puzzling. Amazon said that I would get it in 3 - 5 days (standard shipping), however the company said it wouldn't come until between Christmas and New Year's. (I ordered it around December 10th, I think). Amazon was right! It got to my parents' house in no time.It took a little while because of the holidays but my mother and one of my sisters replaced the old one. They took turns laying on it and raved about it. After having a mattress that must have been at least 25 years old and completely squashed the thickness and the composition was like heaven. I'll have to wait to try it out but it will be worth it.Don't wait to replace an old mattress - save your back and get this thick mattress. You won't be disappointed!
