I bought these floor liners one week after purchasing a brand new 2007 Chevy Avalanche. I told my wife and kids that they were NEVER to bring drinks in my car so it would be impossible to have spills on my carpet. 1 month into my ownership I go through the drive-thru (at my wifes request) at a fast food joint and get 4 drinks with a holder and lids. When I get to my destination, I set the drinks on my console and slam the door closed. The cardboard holder slid off the back of the console and onto the back floorboard and the lids came flying off. If it were not for these floor liners it would have been a disaster. These floor mats stopped 98% of the spillage. Bottom line: If you car about your carpet in your car these floor mats are worth every penny!
