Nice, Sturdy but Misleading

As other reviews have said, this item looks nicer in person. The photos really don't do it justice. The lamps are solid and well polished. The dish/pan (whatever you want to call it) looks much more shallow than it actually is, which is a pleasant effect.That said, mine came with several warnings that is was "wall mount only" which seemed really silly and contrary to both the description and my intended application, so it is going back uninstalled. Also it doesn't come with bulbs, which wasn't a big deal, but sort of annoying. That said, I don't see a reason why it couldn't be ceiling mounted without a problem. In fact, I have no idea why the distinction was even made.So 5 stars for style 4 stars for priceand 1 star for accuracy.

I bought two of these and I have to say these light fixtures look even better in person! Apparently I'm not the only one... I've never had so many people take time to point out how much they like a light fixture in my home.I did have one problem with both of these lights. On one of the fixtures 1 of the lights didn't work and on the other none of them worked. It appeared that the socket on some of these were too tight for the bulbs to get a proper connection. Loosening the two screws that hold the socket in place allowed for the bulbs to have a proper connection and everything worked as it should.
