Great option to Hilti!

This Disto doesn't suck! I use a Hilti laser distance meter as well which costs about twice the price of this unit. They perform about the same up to about 150'. From there, the optical sight on the Hilti gives it an advantage. Forget buying anything cheap like a Stanley or Black & Decker. Epic bang-for-buck device! It sure beats tape measures!

Great unit - does the job

Excellent piece of kit. Does exactly what it says on the packaging. There are units out there that do more and cost a lot more but for the money this is by far the best quality you can buy. Also the more expensive units have loads of features that you will simply never use. Has a great battery life and the laser can be clearly seen, even in good lighting from quite a distance.
