Good product but missing parts

Product advertised as new, but after checking with manufacturer found box had been retaped. Missing all paper documentation, warranty, missing parts information and $40 worth of parts. Amazon could not help so had to return. Not sold through manufacturer, so parts have to be purchased separately.Be wary. If you want a new part, contact the manufacturer first and purchase through one of their dealers.
