The picture of this knife does not do it justice. In an age of manufactured products, the deer horn crown handle is a beautiful reminder of what craftsmanship is all about. The brass pommel cap is an artistic and functional touch. The blade is a functional and ergonomic shape. What you can't easily tell from the picture is that there is gimping on the top of the gut hook, which makes for an alternate, very controlled "choked up" grip on the blade. The sheath is also high quality and well made, with the snap catching and holding the curve of the blade. Came sharp, took an even finer edge. Great purchase.
