This is a great product, well made and pretty easy to install. If you need to store a roof box, canopy, canoe or something large & bulky, this is what you need (I'm storing a roof tent - think massive roof box).Getting the correct length on the ropes takes a bit of time, just be patient. And if you have ceiling lights in your garage, locate the hoist in a way that doesn't obscure the light (unless you want a darker garage) when it's raised.

This makes taking my Jeep hard top off an easy one man job!!! Its also nice to store the hard top all summer long. I have 10 ft. ceilings in my garage....I can park my wifes Jeep liberty underneath the hardtop. Its a hardtop owners must have!!!
