This lamp is excellent for providing heat therapy for muscle and joint pain relief, it also seems to chase those winter blues away, and is an excellent stress reliever at the end of a rough day. It was very easy to assemble and the wheel base and adjustable arm makes it very easy to maneuver. Definitely an item that will be used often and frequently at my house especially during the cold weather season.
