My Dr. advise to take this supplement b/c I have having issues with my hormones such as (often vagina infection, painfull intercursion and muscle pain). Just finished up the bottle and I am planning on reordering again. I have found that I can enjoy my married again and I'm not feeling down in every intercursion. I hope this review doesn't go too long, but I have to tell all the women out there if they are struggling from night sweats, frequent hot flashes or any other menopause symptoms...this is the tablet for you. I began taking this about 2 years ago when my chiropractor said that i was too "young" to be having several hot flashes in an hours time. Anyway, they worked wonderful and almost immediate. The only problem when I purchased them at her office a 30 day supply and was $60.00/month. To some that may sound reasonable, but it was way too much for me. When I finished the bottle within days my symptoms were back with a vengeance!!! I tried several other o.t.c. products which alleviated the symptoms a little, but not totally. So I began looking online and finally found a bigger bottle at about the same price!! HOORAY!!! If nothing else works for you, give these a try. I have only been on these for about a week or so and have not even had a slight symptom of so much as a hot flash and I was back to having at least 3 or 4 an hour along with the night sweats!! Also, these are not harmful at all!! take a look at the ingredient lable.....loaded with lots of vitamins!!
