CASTROL SRF Racing Brake Fluid TECHNICAL INFORMATION Castrol SRF Racing Brake Fluid is an ultra high performance product formulated specifically to satisfy the ever increasing stresses placed upon the braking systems used in international motorsport. The exceptional performance of Castrol SRF is due to a novel silicon ester technology pioneered by Castrol and unique to the extent that it has been granted patent-protection in numerous countries throughout the world. Castrol SRF evolved as a direct result of Castrol's ongoing Research and Development program for brake fluids which identified this silicon ester technology as providing considerable performance benefits when compared with conventional glycol ether borate ester fluids. Frankly, there is no better brake fluid out there. Period. The specs are off the chart. It is used a lot in serious racing but unlike many racing fluids this can be used in day to day vehicles too as the wet spec is almost as insane as the dry spec.

I have used and still like Motul 600, but unfortuately it couldn't handle the huge heat my 2010 Corvette ZR1 brakes generated on the track, so I sucked it up and paid a little extra for the SRF. Suffice to say, it rocks and is worth every penny. I've now run several track days on the same SRF fluid and it shows no sign of slowing down. Pedal stays much firmer throughout the weekend and it's top notch. Then again, most of you guys reading this review already know SRF is the best. Buy with confidence and great seller with fast shipment.
