Best price I found anywhere, I try napa jc Whitney , parts plus, and many other online sites.It comes with gasket no nuts or bolts you may be able to use old ones but they suck

Easy install, bolted right up, Ent to muffler was a little short so I had to extend but no big deal. My cat is converted!

The item was easy to assemble. It appears it should last a long time.I scored 4 stars instead of 5 because I can't bring myself to love a car part. Maybe "very pleased" or "highly impressed" would be better for describing the item.
