perfect upgrade

After losing my 15 year old super-duper SAN at airport security (dumb!) I treated myself to a birthday present. This new model has cool, useful features such as a penlight, clock, altimeter, barometer, thermometer, which seem to all work well, and are extremely fun to have away from home. So I don't have a pliers or fishscaler anymore...now if I can just remember to keep it in my checked luggage!

Swiss Army Traveler Lite

I've had this knife for what seems forever but it's probably been 10-15 years. It is without a doubt the most durable and handy tool you could ever keep on your person. The quality is marvelous; blades are extremely sharp..including the scissors. I take it everywhere but you need to remember to pack it in checked luggage when flying. I've had to make emergency mailings to my home to be able to keep it so TSA doesn't get it.I think my only negative is the light itself. I find that it constantly gets turned on in my pocket accidently and it quickly kills the battery. Lately I resort to using my smartphone when a light is needed. Overall this is very useful quality tool. If it wasn't for the light and battery problem I would easily give 5 stars.

Great knife! I carry this every day and don't know how I lived without it. Very useful set of tools, but I wish it also had a nail file in there somewhere. They could get rid of the postal hook, as I don't know when I would use that tool. My main gripe is that I really don't understand how the barometer works, and that the altimeter isn't very consistent. I set the altimeter while at the beach, Nd it will vary day to day, sometimes by 100'. Not very accurate or reliable. Other than that, I really like the knife, and love having the LED light and pen features onboard. I use the light am awful lot!
