Easy Smeasy To Install

I bought this because all the local hitch shops wanted a kidney to put a hitch on my Honda Ridgeline. I bought this hitch from Amazon and it was delivered free for less than I could even get it anywhere in Dallas. Honda is great too because I noticed when I got the hitch there were not any nuts in the parts bag. Honda already has all the welded in nuts in place on the truck. Installation is just a matter of holding up the hitch and screwing in 8 bolts that come with the hitch. The hitch has a threaded like bolt sticking out to mount the muffler hanger on. This is a great hitch and super easy to install.

Doesn't get much easier than this

Easy, and quick install... took less than 30 minutes from start to finish, including putting tools away.For those who rated less than good, because of dirty weld nuts, the product is excellent... Common sense is neither available or sold by Amazon... Maybe in the future

Serious hunk of steel virtually hidden. Easy to install.

The hardest part was cleaning out the weld-nuts. Mine were 4-years old and filled with rust/grime. I used WD40, penetrating oil, gun barrel brushes and could not get the weld nuts clean. Using the hardware to clean out the threads only compacted the grime and I broke one of the weld nuts. For $10, I purchased a fluted end-tap (M12 x 1.25mm) which worked wonderfully! All the gunk got pushed into the flutes and was easily removed with a cloth before proceding to the next weld nut. Just be sure to penetrate past the top threads. When done, the threads were shiney and the hardware could be hand-tightened! After that, the install went pretty easy. I wasn't sure about the muffler hangers, but followed directions and it's fine... no rattles or interference!
