Quality Product

Have waited a year to rate the product. Purchased two of these for our front porch of our victorian home in tennessee. They are under a covered porch but not screened or weather blocked otherwise. Quallity product, no drooping of blades, looks and feels high quality. I was very selective about the type we put on the porch to replace the previous owners poor choice of an "internal" or "indoor/outdoor". I have no doubt these fans will last quite a while. they have endured all four seasons and are no worse the wear. I'm happy with the purchase. Spend the little extra and get the 'WET' outdoor if you are putting fans outdoors. The extra build quality will make the difference.

This is a really good fan. We have had ours outside at our tiki bar and use it all the time in Florida. It does get wet when it rains. We were cleaning fan and noticed that the top housing was cracked. We phoned the company and they are sending a replacement top housing at no cost to us. The blades have drooped and we'll replace those with new ones from home depot for $30 but otherwise we are very happy we spent the extra money for this quality fan. So after 5 years the motor is still working great. We would definitely buy again.
