The box was broken and the hardware pack was half empty with nuts and bolts rolling around the box.Called the company and they sent a new pack.Only negative would be possibly more secure packaging

This is a great hitch. I took about 4 hours installing it as that I had to drill holes in the frame to install. It may sound hard at first but just make sure your drill can fit a 1/2" drill bit. Also make sure you buy a good drill bit, because the frame metal is hard and wears down bits fast. Besides that its strong and fairly easy to install if you have any expiriene with tools.
