Who Knew A Rolling Pin Could Make a Difference

For my entire life, I've been using wooden rolling pins from the grocery store or department store, with adequate results. However, after reading about this one, I splurged and invested - "invested" being the correct word - this will be the last rolling pin I ever have to buy, barring some catastrophe! It's heavy, long and pretty much non-stick, made rolling out baking flour biscuits (which I've made often in my life) so quick and easy, uniform thickness, did I mention QUICK? Can't wait to try pie dough, cookies (which I haven't attempted in YEARS). Two thumbs up!
