Homespell does customer service right

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I ordered these sheets and they weren't as soft as I'd anticipated, so I left that in my seller feedback, nothing more, no rants or anything, and they called a few days later saying they were giving me a full refund AND were shipping a similar item from another supplier for FREE. This is the kind of business that should be supported.
