this product smell is not as good as ones I used before, slightly like soap.

It isn't a real one

I don't think it's a real one.I used this kind of softener over 5 years.3 month ago I bought a new one from Amazon.The first week I felt my face so dry, I started use softener and lotion 3 time a day(before was only morning and night)But my skin still dry.I not sure it's the softener's problem,so I changed a new one bought from Shiseido shop,than my skin turn to normal.I still can't believe it's counterfeit,one day I used again,my face felt dry again.Now I'm sure it isn't a real one.Not write review a lot,just don't want people be fooled again by the cheaper price.
