Very nice bag for travel

This bag easily holds a lot if items and can still be slipped under a seat on a plane. It is designed to be slid/dropped over the extension handle on a roller bag freeing you from having to carry it between flights and to/from ground transportation (car/taxi/bus). A decent sized purse can be slipped into the bag so you stay within the two item rule for carry-on to a plane. Depending on your needs it can also serve as a tote/bag for use during the day when traveling or otherwise needing to carry a large bag. The flexible sides contribute to the ability to use the bag for storing a variety of shapes and slipping it under the seat on a plane. The large opening makes it easy to pull things out of the bag when on a plane or at other times. A great addition to travel gear that we're very happy to have purchased.

Does the job with high quality

I have to carry a lot of books back and forth to the library each week and large lunch containers to work and got this to look a little more professional than a tote bag or plastic bag. Build quality is great, has a shoulder strap, and enough thoughtful pockets--some magnet, some zipper.Only weaknesses I see: * Snap buttons on both ends to "tie down" the bag come loose too easily; I'm surprised Briggs & Riley missed this * I'm just tall enough to carry this. If you have really long arms or are shorter than 5' 7", I wouldn't recommend this bag Seems like they could take another inch off of the handle length.

Traveling with weight restrictions it's nice to have roominess with only item weight. Pricey but a good buy to match my luggage.
