Nice china, good customer service

Overall I was happy with this purchase. After we placed the order the seller contacted us to notify us that one of the sets was missing a bread plate. They asked if we would like the place setting shipped without it and a discount applied, or if we would like to remove that place setting. In all my correspondence with the seller he was nice and returned my phone calls and emails promptly.The packaging was perfect. All items were very well wrapped and protected when we received the items. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars because some of the plates were a little dirty, like they had sat in a warehouse uncovered for awhile. After being washed they looked pretty good, but if you look closely you can see some spots where they don't appear totally clean. They are useable but I wanted china to look shiny and new. Also it took us over an hour with goo be gone to get all the stickers off the plates. I know this is not the seller's fault as the discount stickers were probably placed by stores prior to the seller getting them, but again, I don't want a huge sticker mark right on the front of my plate.For the price and quality of customer service we were very happy with our purchase. I would recommend use of this seller as some of the above things were likely out of his control.
