However, top drawer is not functional. Perfect for powder room or small bath

This elegant little vanity is an excellent product at a good price. I've seen similar products at Horchow and Neiman Marcus for hundreds of dollars more.It arrived promptly and packed nicely. All in all, I'm thrilled with this purchase.

We were looking at other mirrored vanities on line including a 30" model from this seller and others. I was hesitant about buying a piece of furniture without seeing it. We then decided that a 24" would suit us best. I only saw one review for this 24" model and 5 or 6 for the larger model. All were positive. t wasn't easy, but I looked to see where this seller was located. Turns out he is 20 miles away here in Miami! He has a huge showroom/warehouse full of quality merchandise. This was/is a quality item. We measured everything, went home, decided it would be perfect. Went back the next day and bought it. They took a new one out of the carton for our inspection, reboxed it, and put it in our small hatchback. We had this professionally installed by our "handyman" who also put in a new toilet. The only problems: 1. He had to spend 3 minutes enlarging the cutout in the back to hook up to the existing plumbing. 2. The overhang of the top in back is barely 1/4". We have a molding on the floor that sticks out a little over 3/8 inch. Thus, it wouldn't fit flush to wall. Bought a piece of matching marble for $14 to act as a back splash. Actually looks better than if it had fit flush to wall. That held up completion of job by over an hour. The sales lady and proprietor are very helpful and knowledgeable. They did say most of their business is done online. Their showroom is worth browsing. Note: If you buy this item - don't over tighten the knobs on the drawers. Doing so could easily crack the glass.
