Drop in replacement for 91 Miata

This is a direct fit replacement unit for the Miata (depending on year of course). I installed this on my 91 without issue, everything lines up nicely. This isn't a bare unit that requires cutting and welding into place; this is the complete unit ready to install. Welds and build quality are solid. The box does not included the front and rear gaskets, so be sure to have those ready before you do the install.4 Stars instead of 5 due to the relatively low lifespan of these units compared to the factory catalytic converters. The OEM units can do 20 years depending on mileage and use, these last probably 2 or 3 years of typical useage. Of course the factory catalytic converters cost a small fortune so as long as you're aware of this trade off in price/lifespan its not an issue. This is my second unit and I'll probably buy one more before my car is old enough to not require emission tests.

The headline says it all really. It's slightly lighter than stock, I believe, and it fits perfectly. Additionally, it's stainless and it looks dope once it's been heated up. So if you're under your car that makes you smile...
