CIM gem

I use this product 24/7/365 powering my backyard waterfall. Based on prior experience, it will last about three years and then go poof. Complete failure - no longer pumping water. This is the third same make and model Ive had and the first two did indeed last only three years. I expect this one to poop out in early 2016, but I still give it 4 stars. Why? Because prior to these I used a different make and model and they lasted only about two years. I've had the waterfall 10 years. So, by amortizing the cost of this unit over three years, I find it acceptable. Especially since I'm now buying from Amazon and the price is less than other places. It runs great when it runs, but is worthless when it stops. But then, most sump pumps aren't running all the time. This is a lot to ask of it.
